Can I move the brooder into the garage?
We have our chicks in the basement right now, with a heat lamp of course. But the dust is starting to get to me, and I have 2 small children who are playing close to the brooder. Is there something wrong with the runt?
Our four chicks are about 10 days old and they appear to be thriving. One of them (not sure of the breed, Ameracauna or Australorp) is definitely smaller than the other three. She's also a loner.
