    What am I??

    I have a couple of Roos and matching pullets and I'm unsure of breeding. Also not sure if my Cochins are definitely male or not. Thinking they are. Here are some photos. Please ignore the red paint. Buggers got too close while the coop was wet :P they are 14 weeks I believe. Thanks for your help.

    New digs

    Super excited for my chickzees. Moved them into their new digs. The coup is 8x10 and the attatched run is 8x8. I still have some roosts to put in (this weekend) and cosmetic stuff to do ie: paint, trim, curtains, etc. but they seem happy as is.

    Chicks are in their way!!

    Squee!!! I haven't had chickens since I was a kid. My husband and I have finally settled in an area that is perfect for raising some chickens. I ordered 26 straight run mixed rare birds from McMurray. They should arrive the first week of July. I'm so excited. But oh my what have I gotten myself...
