how did the fox get in?
I just can't figure it out. For a year they free ranged during the day and get locked up at night. no real problems, the loose dog got at them one time last year. But nothing like this. Was about to fall asleep and heard the rooster going nuts. my coop is two parts one part giant dog house...- dakind50

Dirt floor with foxes in the area
So I have an old coop that I have to put a new roof on. It has a dirt floor in it. I will also have to add a nice run. I am worried about keeping the dirt floor as we have foxes around here and I don't want them to dig in. Rats/Mice, not worried about cause my cats seemed to kill them...- dakind50
