when are your ladys start to lay
ok so my quail are all about 6 weeks old now and I haven't seen a egg yet. when are these bad boys suppose to start laying? I have read everywhere from 4 weeks all the way up to 16 weeks. when do your ladys start laying? -
why arent they adapting
ok so I switched my quail over to the nipple drinkers and they are drinking from them but not very much and when I use the regular waterer it always leaks and soaks their bedding so I am trying to use this but then they are super thirsty and all swarm the waterer if I put in in the cage why do... -
why are they so much smaller and not feathering out
ok so all my quail except for these 2 are all pretty large and at the 2 week mark. these 2 are quite a bit smaller and they all hatched at the same time. what could cause this? is it a genetic issue? can anyone give me any answeres? they are all suppose to be jumbos -
