    I have 4 hens who are just beginning to lay. I live in Arizona and it is still hot here but winter is coming. My mother says they stop in the winter, is that true??? Our winters are very mild with a few moderate cold snaps. Thank you!

    Arizona Chicken Girls

    Hello, I'm new to the forum but not chickens. I grew up raising chickens and now as an adult, I'm doing it again. We have two Rhode Island Reds and two Buff Orpingtons who are now 3 months old. Our girls love each other and free range in our big backyard in the city of Chandler.
