Sick chicken... Not sure what to do

My speckled Sussex appears to be sick. I noticed 2 days ago when I went out to feed them that she was acting funny. She seemed cold, keeps ticking on leg up and feathers all fluffed. I have 15 chickens so not sure if she has been laying or pooping. But her waddles and comb are dull red not...

Has anyone had this happen before?!?

I have all brown egg laying chickens (BO, BR, BA, RIR, Speckeled Sussex, red laces wyandotte,) and 3 Easter eggers... But when I opened my beating boxes I found a white egg!! 4 Browns, a blue, and a white!! So which of my chickens could have produced a white egg??

Do you agree that by barred rocks are pullets?

I was very certain they both were until just a couple days again when I noticed one developing a much pinker comb... They are both 4 weeks. Thoughts??

Is this RIR a Pullet or Roo?

I have two RIR and they look very different. They are about 5-6 weeks old. The suspected roo is built much more upright and stands taller with a big barrel chest, whereas the pullet is more parallel to the ground. And the feathers on the pullet are much different looking. What do you think...
