so I was wondering if any of you have emotional support chickens, and your experience with that. I'm about to start the process of making my one Blue Cochin, Max into an ESA. I just need to know if I'm allowed to bring her into public, because I get panic attacks and mood swings, and she would...
So I have these two chicks from the local festival, and they're both 5 weeks old. The lady who sold me them said that they're Buff Orpingtons, but from pictures of BO chicks, they don't really look like them. My guess is that both are some sort of mix ??
The one chick (likely hen) has blue bare...
like the title says I really want to see frizzle mixes :)
a Black cochin smooth x black cochin frizzle
since I am hatching 2 eggs from my black cochin smooth rn and I want to see outcome :)
so, I have 8 chickens.
4 polish (2 tan+black, 1 merle, 1 splash), 1 rooster silkie, and 1 frizzle black cochin rooster.
I have 7/10 eggs in my incubator (day 18:) and those 7 are polish eggs. The polish get bred by both roosters, and I just wonder what kind of mixes they might end up being?
Ok, question. I have 3 frizzle chickens
The first is a full grown hen that we rescued in the middle of last year/this year's winter
Then a 3 month old normal frizzle roo
And an 'extreme' frizzle roo
Now I do want to keep one of the little chicks but I have heard breeding 2 frizzles may be bad...
Hi guys! I have been debating with myself for days about this, but I bought drizzle/Cochin chicks a few months ago ( 3 or so ) and so I got 2 frizzles both roosters, and one looks to be an extreme frizzle. Can anyone tell me if he is an extreme frizzle?
Hi!! I am new to this site! Like it so far!!
I have 11 chicks currently and one is full grown. I raise frizzles, Polish and one Silkie currently!! My mom is sorta helping me out teaching me more about chickens as she used to raise them also.
