    Rooster just doing his job............

    I have a dozen hens and, for good reason, no rooster. I help a neighbor on her horse farm who has a rooster. For whatever reason he seems to not like me. I've tried challenging him with a plastic pitchfork but he just keeps coming after me. He'll even come after me while I'm in the stalls...

    Help! Not sure what to do with my 7 week ok hen

    I've noticed the past week or so one of my hens is acting really strange. She's keeping her head down and walking backwards. She will keep her head down and back into the wall. She doesn't do it all the time, but it's enough to make me worry. Any suggestions?
