Fridge or counter?
I've been collecting my pekin eggs for a few days now and I read it's best not to wash them so I havent, but do they last longer in the fridge or left out on the counter? On average about how long will they last on the counter unwashed? How long will they last in the fridge unwashed? I'm giving... -
candling/hatching question
My mallard started sitting on Monday 10/19..when do I need to candle the eggs to see which ones are good? Do I just throw out the bad ones? When they hatch do I leave them with mom or do I bring them in? I know it will be getting colder by the time they hatch. -
