I live in East texas. I have 15 laying g age hens that were producing an average of 12 eggs a day. A couple months ago all of a sudden around 5 eggs a day, now I get if I'm lucky 3. 2 were molting so I know they probably stopped for a bit. But here's the real kicker. I noticed my rooster was...
I am in lock down on day 18 and my humidity jumped up to 75-80% thismorning. Is that to high and how do I drop it without opening the bator???? My temp,it 102. I'm using a still air.
I am 1/2 way thru day 23 and none of my eggs are doing anything. I am very worried. Can I do the water test to see I'd they are alive or should I leave them alone?
I am on day 22 and I don't have any pipping, wobbling or amything going on. I am using a still air and my temp has been consistently at 101 except when I candle it of course dropped a bit but went right back up. This is my 1st hatch and I'm afraid I did something wrong.
Hi, this is my 1st time with the incubator. I set me eggs 8/21 @ 9pm. I have read you don't count the 1st day and I have read you do. So I think I'm on day 21??? I have no movement, chirping, or anything. Can I get clarification on how to figure the days, thanks :)
