    I had 2 Copper Marans that were 4 1/2 mths old that had been with my older hens & my rooster (1 year old). Except for a few squabbles everyone seemed to be fine. I was letting the older ones out during the day, but closing the run door so the younger ones couldn't get out to get taken by a hawk...

    7 week Chick can't hold neck up!

    My 7 week old chick is loosing function and can't hold her neck up. Now she can't walk. Anyone ever see this? I feel so bad for her. She was eating and drinking yesterday but is having trouble today. All other chicks that were in with her are fine.

    Hens cracking their own eggs

    My chickens are pecking their own eggs and cracking them. They aren't eating them, just cracking them. I've heard you can put mustard or dishsoap inside, but they aren't eating the inside, so how do I stop this??? So frustrating, half my eggs are no good. It's hard to determine who did it...
