    Questionable Polish crested

    She(?) is about 6 months, no eggs yet and beginning to get extra feathers on the neck. She(?) is also doing some interesting behaviors, singing, jumping on the other hens. I know next to nothing about this breed. The seller was adamant that this is a pullet. What do you all think?
