Approximately 7 weeks old. Taken in as an orphan. Was looking like pullet but recently tail feathers have become very long and "she" has made a few sounds that might be attempts at crowing.
We have one chicken laying these eggs that don't have formed yolks and have some blood in them. I think it's our broody buff orpington. Is this a sign of infection?

We have a Buff Orpington hen, around 18 months old, who starts squawking around 6:30 in the morning and continues on/off for a handful of hours. Just two hens total at this point, we had 3 but one died about 5 weeks ago. I know what egg song sounds like and she's not doing that, just squawwk...
