    Bobwhite poop

    My Coturnix poop is pretty dry. I just added 3 snowflake Bob's from outside cage of friend.They have there own cage and there poop has a large amount of urine.Is wet.Is this normal?They poop thru cage bottom ,onto a pan with saw dust.any ideas for using instead of saw dust,for urine smellm

    4 of 14 Italian Coturnix hatched

    Bought 14 eggs online.only 4 hatched Hoping for females.Nice experiance.One had clentched feet,so my daughter taped them straight.Wu will see.How old before I can tell the color,for sex?

    I bought a small cage to keep a few Quail.I think I am going with female Italian Coturnix.have a incubator,with an egg turner but no fan.Going to start with ordering 12 eggs.Grandkids live close,so this will be a project for them.What do you think?? Jon
