On our regular walk we discovered a run with 20 pretty plucked and poor looking chickens. I knew instantly those are rescues from the egg industry. That was later confirmed by their new owner. How wonderful!
After we had to give up our own chickens due to our move this is making me very happy...
Hey guys,
would you like to have a handmade key fob in chicken design and all of the profits go to a hen rescue organization?
Great, this is your chance! My wife made these for my fundraiser for Animal Place. Check out the link below, thanks for your time. :)...
Today our five girls have found a new home and their new owners (very nice people!!!) sent us a video just now! Even the cabbage on a string which has been perfectly ignored in their old coop is suddenly interesting. Mhm... :lau
Now It's time for the adorable white chickens to warm up to their...
Hey guys, we had ISA Browns for years now and they have always layed solid colored brown eggs. In the past week we had 3 almost white, rather smallish eggs. Four hens are one year old, one hen is three years old.

2 years ago we decided to have chickens and didn't regret that decision for a second. They are the most adorable animals in the world! ❤
Here's our first flock the day they arrived in their new home. :)
My chickens are from Germany and I have been told different things about my flock. Are they ISA browns or New Hampshire? And is there even a difference? Thanks for the help! :)
Hey guys! I'm Wolfgang from Germany. My wife is American and we currently live in Stuttgart. I'm a print press operator and love my job. :) I have 5 ISA Browns in my back yard and am joining here to be around people that understand my unconditional love for chickens. <3
