Anyone want to help me identify some tractor supply mystery breeds?
First up is out of the bantam bin! Pale yellow with grey/blue/lavender accents. Feathered feet. No "cheeks" so I was guessing cochin?
Next I have two that were just labeled as "color mix pullets." hahaha

Anyone have video of a young cayuga male vs female quack? Mine are 5 weeks old now and very quiet overall, so I'm wondering if I got three fellas. Which would mean I'd have to start finding homes for two of them and a lady friend for the one i kept.
We would like to build a nice pond for our new ducks in their run but don't have electricity out there for a pump. Any recommendations for solar powered pumps? I'd rather not be draining the pool all the time, so filtered seems like our best bet.

I got a bunch of "rare assortment" day olds from My Pet Chicken. I still can't figure out what this guy is (well, hopefully gal since I ordered pullets). She'll be 5 weeks old Monday. Her feet are SUPER green and moderately feathered (less than the Cochin bantam I have of the same age, more than...
