    Why are the yolks off center?

    This isn’t a very critical issue, but now that it’s deviled egg season again, my curiosity has again been aroused. My yolks are always near the edge of the egg, sometimes barely covered by the white. Is there a way to get more centered yolks for better deviled eggs?
