Has anyone successfully vacuum sealed a whole 5-7lb CX using a FoodSaver? Will the 11" wide bags hold a bird that size? I'm about to purchase a FoodSaver and cannot find anything larger than the 11" wide rolls.
I have 24 CX that are 5 weeks. My processing date is at 7 weeks. Am I really missing out on a lot of growth by not letting them go 8+ weeks? I have been feeding 12 on 12 off since week 3. Should I bump that up to full feed if I process at 7 weeks?
