What happened to this duck?
I noticed the other day there were lots of black wing feathers strewn about the grass outside, then I saw one of the usual drakes that come and his wings are mostly gone with nothing but quills poking out in back. Could he have plucked out all those feathers out by himself? Or possibly another... -
