No other symptoms, bubbles, or flock illness. My hens eye is now almost completely covered by this, it isn’t goopy and almost is like her eye tissue.
Not sure what to do here, advice tips???
So I hatched my one chick from an incubator and ever since I can remember he has sneezed. I tried changing out the shavings in the brooder but that didn’t help. He eats, drinks, chirps, and breathes all completely normal. He’s about 3 weeks old now. His girlfriend does not sneeze and they live...
It was very hot today and I noticed one of my hens mouth breathing more so than others. I’ve brought her inside and I’m not sure if this is from the heat or a respiratory illness. Please advise? VIEW VIDEO (you may have to download it to view)
I’ve provided some electrolytes with water.
First time hatching eggs & first time mama hens. It’s day 22 & we haven’t heard any sign of chirping/pipping yet. Is this what the egg should look like at this point in time?
It’s day 21 and no sign of chicks, how long should I wait before it’s determined the hatch is unsuccessful?
My hen is sitting on them and has been doing so since day 1 only getting up rarely to eat/drink.
Not sure what to do or what this is. (Graphic photo ahead)
I researched a lot but there are so many different possibilities, it does however resemble an intestine in my opinion.
