We are building a house and moving to Marquette, KS and because of the Free Land deal, the place we are moving doesn't allow anything other than dogs or cats but we were told before we signed the paperwork that they will give up a variance for our chickens.

We don't have our chickens yet, but when selling eggs, do you label them free range? organic? have them sign a waiver just in case heaven forbid someone got sick from your eggs?
We are going to be starting our flock soon, and we will be getting a variance from the town to have our chickens (and maybe a turkey once or twice a year MAYBE). So I am learning as much as I can ahead of time. We want to have chickens for eggs and meat. I don't know if they will let me have...
