This is my first time hatching chicks and I have no clue what strawberry is or gender. "It" has began to Crow but I read that if there are no roosters a dominant hen can take on the role. It hatched March 22

    Turning tray for peahen eggs

I am incubating shipped peahen eggs for the first time today and I am wondering if I should use the automatic turning tray. I've read that it's sometimes a better idea to hand turn these eggs.
