Swollen chick - ruptured air sac?

Three week old chick looks all swollen and feels like a balloon. I’m wondering if it is a ruptured air sac? I’ve read about using a needle to deflate but am concerned about infection. Chick is eating and drinking. Has anyone experienced this and does it resolve on its own? Thank you!

    What did we hatch?

Hi, we have these beautiful birds that we hatched out from a local smallholder. They have flocks of Marans, Welsummer cross and Light Sussex - and a mixed free range flock of all of the above. They don’t really look like any of the birds there. Any ideas?! They are currently 11 weeks. Thank you!
