I have 4 hens and 3 of the 4 have stopped laying. One of them I know is molting, but I’m not sure what up with the other two. They haven’t laid an egg 3-4 weeks. Any ideas why? Thank you!

Just noticed this as I went to put my girls to bed. Something is going on. My neighbor told me she heard quite a commotion in the coop earlier today. I didn’t see any apparent injuries.

This is the feed I am hoping to give my new girls once they start laying. I wanted to do non-gmo, soy free. Are there any nutrition gaps? I’ll also be supplementing with sea shells.
