    Is this pip okay?

    Help!! The chick hasn't broke through the membrane yet, this is how it looks, please help! I can hear faint cheeping and small amount of a shell grinding/breaking, when I candle it I see the beak making contact with the membrane but it hasn't pierced it yet.
