several of my chickens, age ranging from a few weeks to multiple years old have been showing alarming signs of illness. Weight loss, poor appetite, diarrhea, lethargy, and rattling breathing. im not sure what could possibly be causing this, what it is, how to treat/prevent it. anything helps.
ive had a chicken with sour crop for a few days now. she seems very uncomfortable and i might just try to vomit her, since its not going down AT ALL. i know that vomiting her is bad but i havent found any other solution. is there possibly some other way i can empty her crop thats safer? thanks...

these three were found motherless outside, and i took them in. (there are wild chickens where i live, mostly just mixed bantam breeds and jungle fowl) id say theyre about a week old maybe a little less.
