    Duckling born early with yolk sac not absorbed

    Anybody know if the yolk sac will absorb over the next little while? Or is he doomed? He was having a hard time hatching so I had to help him out but now it looks like he wasn't ready for hatching yet.

    Upper respiratory distress

    I have a mixed flock of egg layers and meat chickens about 60 of them all together..I water them in a large waterer..do anybody know how much antibiotics goes in a gallon waterer? Or should I seperate the sick ones and just treat them?

    Skinny poults

    I have chicks and turkeys, 1 week old, they have been ill with a respiratory sickness and are on antibiotics, the chicks still seem to be doing well, eating and drinking and gaining weight but the poults are really small still and not eating or drinking half as much, I have 20 of them, any ideas...

    chicks eyes closed

    Some of my 3 day old chicks have their eyes shut, kinda crusted over but with no discharge. I put water on them and they open again for a little while but then it happens again. Could they be too hot? or is it a disease?
