How old is the pullet? It is my understanding that sometimes white juvenile feathers happen until after the moult in the first year. If the pullet has gone through the moult.... probly not a great idea to use her for breeding... Patricia

You are looking at a combination of things.... The move, a small move might be a week or two, but this is huge move... so maybe a month or two.. but combine that with the season? I think that is it for your regular egg laying until spring. Get a couple of ready to lay, under a year old...
