I have (2) 4 week old Sultons and they have little red things on there wings. I have already lost one of my girls to this. They sleep alot and can not walk normal. Does anyone have an idea what this is and what I need to treat this.

Can someone please help me out. I have 3 sultans that seem weak and sleeps all the time. They were fine 3 days ago and now they sleep and rarley move around. I have to put them by the water so they will drink. Every once in a while they will try to move but seems to hurt them.
