yellow diarrhea

One of five 2 year old chickens has yellow diarrhea. She eats, drinks and runs but isn't right. Her comb is red but droops.

Can someone please help me out. I have 3 sultans that seem weak and sleeps all the time. They were fine 3 days ago and now they sleep and rarley move around. I have to put them by the water so they will drink. Every once in a while they will try to move but seems to hurt them.
