    Our feed store got in a shipment of chicks this morning from Privett. Intermingled amongst the 100 black sex links were approximately ten of these. Anyone have any clue what they are?

    I have a bead on some decent quality hatching eggs, but I am not good at incubating eggs. My success/fail rate is horrible. I would rather someone hatch them and me buy the chicks. You have heard the old saying, "A watched pot never boils." I can tell you, a watched incubator never hatches...

    Thanks guys! It is 96 sq ft. I have 9 hens and 1 rooster that resided in it for the first time last night. I have 25 more layers coming in on April 3. I had to move my layers from their current run, because I had 50 meaties to go in that one. They were getting to big and stinky for the brooder.
