Wishing all you guys and gals safety if youre in the path of this bad weather. Here in South Georgia 30 mins away they have had 11 confirmed fatalities. Lpaltelski hope all is well down where youre at. Me and birds doing good just water in pens no fallen branches so far.
Usually just an anomaly. Ive had it happen with my eggs from time to time. Usually happens with new layers. Most eggs will look a little darker when wet though
I need to weigh them. Havent yet but like all cornish they are deceptively heavy. Close feathering and all. I lost track of when they were hatched so I dont know for sure their age.
There used to be more woods for animals to stay in but more people now. Once I move more to the country Im sure Ill have to deal with more animals too. I get possums and racoons now
Thanks, had branches all over ground and the few pecans the squirrels hadnt knocked down came down but other than that all is good. Power went out but I hope it was only briefly as I was at work when it happened. Ill find out soon if anything hatches
Its true that show quality have many flaws and that they are not meant to be be able to survive on their own any more than a toy poodle or english bulldog but I like how they look. Once I cross them though those flaws disappear with the addition of new blood and genes. The saipan I want to cross...
