    OK. So I have a roof over the run. I put Stall Dry down. Things are already smellin better. So now I'm thinking of putting sand in the run as mentioned so it will drain faster.     Same boat here. 4 out of 11 ended up roos. Been researching the process and think I'm gonna try it. I never thought of seperating them and feeding them diffrent. Thats what I'll do tomorrow.

    I am from north central Mass. I am new to this chicken thing. I have always wanted to get some. I am looking for some Roade Island Reds. Only about six for now. Is there a time of year to buy them or are they always available. Thanks.
