OK. So I have a roof over the run. I put Stall Dry down. Things are already smellin better. So now I'm thinking of putting sand in the run as mentioned so it will drain faster. Also I am useing modified 5 gal buckets for feeders. They work great however the girls for some reason like to dig it...

Same boat here. 4 out of 11 ended up roos. Been researching the process and think I'm gonna try it. I never thought of seperating them and feeding them diffrent. Thats what I'll do tomorrow.
