My next door neighbors have been losing a lot of young turkeys to some kind of sickness . I have six young turkeys an two adult turkeys , is there something I need to be on the look out for? The only thing between us is a field fence.

Is this a bug problem and how do I cure it ? Some have bare spots on their bums.

One of my hens has gone broody, I have eggs that have been in my bator for three days . Could I take a few of the eggs out a place them with her???

I was wondering if that might be it . Monday was going to be hatch day, five have hatched out so far today. How long do I leave the hatched chicks I the Bator??

I'm assuming the ambient air humidity of 100% has something to do w/ that! lol  I would wait until the rain is gone and see if it is still that high.  Shouldn't hurt anything short term, high humidity for long time in the pre hatch time can cause to little evaporation and "drown" the chicks at...

I am hatching my first eggs ,they started today the humidity has jumped way up is that normal??

first time using incubator, temp seems to be holding ok but, the humidity is kind of high 68% is this ok or what should I do ? I only put very little water I the center. I am using a Farm Innovators..

Is there a special type of Apple cider vinegar that I should have around for my girls ???
