This is one of the chicks hatched 2 1/2 months ago. Her eyes have very red centers but her iris has slight pigmentation and she also has a very feint touch of colour in her wings. We think she is gorgeous and she is ever so quiet.
the rooster next to her is her brother.
3 months old my 'incomplete' Albino pullet is doing well. Her eyes have a very red pupil, but a little colouring in the iris and she has a slight tinge of buff/pink in her feathers. She is so very quiet and absolutely lovely!

I have been told they are a definite type of albino due to the lack of pignment in their eyes. there are an additional 2 to this which have slightly red eyes, opposed to the bright red which these ones have. Either way, I think they are pretty special!
Yep, they definitely do exist... :) We have just hatched 6! Some appear to be the incomplete albino as they have slight touch of pigment, while most are pure white.Good fun and an awesome adventure for us novices in chookland
We have just hatched 6 albino and incomplete albino chicks out of a clutch of 27. I have not had much experience with albino chickens, so any advice would be appreciated. From what I have read, I think this is pretty rare... can anyone shed some light on it?
