I almost posted a picture of my lovely dish of cottage cheese, maple syrup and a liberal dash of peanut butter. I decided against showing a picture for granny's sake.
I stirred it together and ate it.
We've been keeping seeds and replanting them for the last three years. The beans seem to reproduce themselves so I guess we might have a heritage variety although we didn't purposely try to get a heritage variety. The originals were Jade green beans.
Peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanutbutter
3/4th cup brown sugar, packed (I use 1/3rd cup and it's still sweet enough for me.)
1 egg
3/4th cup rolled oats (I use quick oats)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips...
It just happens sometimes. Usually by the time they get to be eight-ish months old they've pretty much caught up with the rest of them.
Another possibility is that she is half bantam, standard size hen that was bred by a bantam rooster.
