Hello, my silky bantam Rhonda has just hatched 6 cute little chicks, but she left three behind in the nest and hasn't come back for them :( so i took them away, as i was worried that rats may get them, or the cold could kill them, unfortunatley im not sure what to do next, they are in a box...
hi, i was wondering if any one could help me. trying to hatch some duck eggs, well two eggs, and i was wondering how i find out if there fertile? iv held them up to light and they look clear apart from it being dark at one end??
yea, we supervised them and they get on great :) no problems at all. and as for the pond problem we decided to get rid of the plastic mold pond and dig a new pond with slopes and apart from hitting a gas pipe...... it works brilliant :D thanks for the advice :)
sorry :) the pond isnt that big, its only 5 foot by about 3 foot and is an old plastic fish pond. not large enough to hold pavers.
Yea, sorry again, the drake doesnt attack like overly aggressive it does just flap his wings and peck abit, nothing to excessive.
