Keeping day old chicks

Hello, my silky bantam Rhonda has just hatched 6 cute little chicks, but she left three behind in the nest and hasn't come back for them so i took them away, as i was worried that rats may get them, or the cold could kill them, unfortunatley im not sure what to do next, they are in a box, with a towel, and they seem ok, but any advice and help would be great?!

I'm not a chicken person, but i'd say put them in with a heat lamp and feed them and water them..not sure why she would have left them..
