    I had thought this was a female but now after looking at this thread im second guessing. It hatched a few hours ago. Its legs seem to be getting darker as time passes. Opinions?

    I have 6 hens and no roosters. she would never hatch anything out. she would end up just sitting and sitting and that wouldn't be healthy for her. the food or water is nowhere near the nesting spot.... she would die. Thank you for asking.

    well my same hen that went broody not even 2 months ago that I let hatch out some eggs....... yet again went broody.... I hope she doesn't make this a habit.... I did not let her hatch eggs this time. I placed her in the broody buster for 2 days and removed her today. it busted her broody.
