If she's off the nest she likely won't go back, so the other eggs are not going to hatch. If they are still moving you can try putting them in an incubator if you have one, but if it's past Day 21 and they aren't pipped, they probably weren't going to hatch anyway. Bummer.

Why do you think you would lose hard work? Chickens tolerate cold temperatures pretty well, there's no reason you can't grow them probably right through Thanksgiving if you wanted.
