And when the group is out in the yard it runs around very fast trying to keep the others hearded together.

Keeping in mind when it was 2 days old the others had picked it's rump to a raw mess and it never grew feathers there until it was about 3 months old. It is now 7 months old.
He was hatched April 1st 2012. I bought him along with 9 other baby chicks at Rural King. He was suppose to be a New Hampshire Red pullet. I felt sorry for him because all the others had picked his tail fluff off and he was a mess and I just wanted to get him out of there. The girls all grew up...
