Yeah I second that. That wouldn't be enough space for that number of bobs. But if you added a large run then it should be fine.

Yes they are sometimes referred to as button quail. King quail or chinese painted quail or coturnix chinensis are some more correct names for them. They are not a true button quail or in the turnix family.

It should be fine. Are the stall mats easy to clean? Because they can be pretty messy. And how big is the stall? You might not have to add a flight pen if it is large, but it would be a nice touch.
