I got 12 chicks from Tractor Supply. I was told they were hens. I got 6 hens and 6 roosters. What a nightmare. The roos got so aggresive and I had to get my Dad to do the deed. They are a mix. My local store wont carry chicks now. They said because of avian flu.
I decided to take a nap because of a sinus infection and my whole body was hurting. I wanted to rest a little so I could feel better for when midnight arrived. Well it arrived and left without me. I slept right through it. HOW BORING!!!
Well the cats out of the bag. But he managed to slip it past me till now. Lucky for him the lap top exploded (due to a glass of wine). That was one expensive glass of wine. I have to say I missed this site for weeks but now we're back in business(new lap top). I got the Storey book and I'm...

I'm sorry for your loss. I gave my horses away last year and miss them very much. I would feel the same about not wanting to see him and wanting to remember him as he was. I'm like that too.
We've been making our own cards for years now. People tell us they can't wait to get them every year. Two years ago I put all the birds on their roost, each one had a stocking and my son was dressed as Santa filling the stockings. It was very cute. It had a goof-ball poem to go with it. I forgot...
