Ok, I am renovating a hay wagon for a mobile pasture raised chicken set up. I'm looking at breeds and I need some input. Cornish cross are out. Suggestions?
I have heard and seen that Safeguard is completely safe for humans. I have even seen people demonstrate this by taking some themselves orally. I'm not sure I would go that far but my question is, doesn't this seem to suggest that Safeguard could be used while continuing to eat the eggs?
I have a Buff rooster that breathes with crackles upon exertion mostly and some minor feather loss. He exhibits no other symptoms. Acts normal, eats normal, no sneezes, crows, clear eyes, nice comb. Just losing feathers hear and there but most noticeably is his crackly, raspy breathing...
