If you key in your serch engine/ebay, POLYSTYRENE EGG BOXES , and see what comes up. ours are premoulded so no need for extra packing some just put tape around boxes and eggs are safe.
Here in UK it works out £1 for a set ( top and bottom) which is charge to buyer in posting costs...

Nearly all UK sellers use the polystryne egg boxes these are good.
