The thing is....FAMACHA method teaches to check the paleness of the eyelids before worming. To me, pale eyelids are a sign of anemia, beit a slight case or not.
I prefer to worm on a schedule and prevent even the slightest anemia at all. We still check fecals and such and will be learning to...

Ligs are never reliable around here since they can come and go....how about the udder? is it huge and tight? When was her due date? Is she doing any of those labor signs like pawing and pawing, gritting teeth, stretching waaaayyyyy out? Getting up and down withing a matter of a couple minutes...
squirt some of her milk on their heads. then put them all in a stall and let them be, but watch them.
If she still doesn't let them nurse I would hold her and MAKE her do it 4 or 5 times a day...usually by the third day she will welcome them.
