    We have bought chicks by mail from MurrayMcMurray in the past for over a period of 4 or 5 years but have never bought locally from one of the Heartland Hatchery's "Chick Days" .     yes, I especially liked the Buff Orpingtons and Light Brahmas... I've never had them but would like to try Back Australorps.

    Yes! I especially liked my daughter's light brahmas and my son's buff orpingtons. The ones I didn't really care for were the Rhode Island Reds. Another breed I would like to try but have never had is the Black Australorpe. :)
