Layer pellets for DRAKES???
I just feed layers pellets, they do free range and forage through the day so don't if that makes any difference though. Dawn -

I Have spent years convincing my partner to let me get ducks .....have got two beautiful runners ducks now , just found out the eggs make me violently ill, im absolutely gutted , but will be keeping them anyway ,will just have to give them to family and friends luckly my kids love them . -

I know what you mean, thay had lots of foraging today and whilst i was tidying up my veg patch and grren house , they eat a lot of beetroot leaves so am happy they have eaten lots today ..... when i put them in tonight, they where not very impressed there was no food , they where actualy quite... -

I eat indian runner eggs , the kids and I love them the yolks are thicker and bigger than chicken eggs , perfect for dippy egg and soldiers for the kids Dawn x -

Hi Runner keepers here are some pics of mine Fiona and Shrek , a question I have it when you put your ducks away for the night do you put water in with them ? Shrek just knocks it over every night, they have access to watter all day but I feed them dry layers pellets and thought it might be too dry -

My runner has recently started laying , I ve had eggs the last 3 days and nothing today, was wondering it maybe the weather change as we have had snow since yesterday, hope so. ... hopefully they will all start laying again soon. Omadawn xx -
