I keep finding EE too. Even purchase what was thought to be an ameracauna only to find out I was had. Pretty bird, hoping for pretty eggs, but no show for her.

Someone at a feed store said to sex chicks at a few days old by making a V with your fingers and holding the chick by his/her head for just a second or two to see what they do with their legs. If the legs relax and go straight down, it's a pullet, if they go up to the tummy, it's a cockerel...
