Sorry I haven't kept you posted. It's been quite busy around here. I appreciate all the help everyone gave me and I took her to the vet. I found a very nice lady who used to work at a wildlife place so she took care of ducks and geese a lot. Belle got an X-ray which showed a fairly large piece...
Ok I brought belle in and gave her a bath. She was happy but made no improvement. I did notice that her droppings are clear and has pieces of what she Ate ( corn, mealworms) it wasn't normal looking. ( bad description, sorry) like she doesn't digest it right. Or that it passes right through. She...
hello, I have loved BYC ever since the day I found it! I have found lots of help and I hope I can find some again. My 1-year old Cayuga, belle has recently been acting strange. She is normally happy and forages with the flock. But she has been acting different for about a week. It started with...
Girls are good for you and I have a khaki Campbell and she is the loudest thing ever!! Haha! She also is the only one that flies over fences and stuff to get to the action and food. Welshies are very good. Small, good egg layers, and are very quiet and very pretty to look at. My black swede is...

Ha ha! When I said she was different I meant she is not purebred or close so your birds markings are more defined then my tilly. Tilly was planned to be raised as a pet. I did not plan on her being this cute! :P What happened was I bought her and her sister through farm and fleet, from farm and...

Thank you. Everything is alright. My oldest duck, Tilly, she is the only one who lays eggs. She layed an egg the day the Styrofoam was eaten and she did lay one yesterday too. But I went out there this morning and I couldn't find her egg. I'm hoping that it is just hidden and all I have to do is...
